Disappointed in their billing policy that we were unaware of until the procedure was finished. We as a family were having $1200. 00 of dental work done between this establishment and our regular dentist, so we signed up for the Care Credit (6 months without interest) since it is in December with the holidays. This establishment does not take Care Credit unless you spend $1000. 00 with them.

I feel patients should be told this prior to a procedure being done. Hope this helps someone else's family. They provide good care for dental procedures.

Facility and staffing very professional. Efficiency of appointment and operations on surgery day timely, however the attending surgeon was quite rushed in his manner and I truly felt he couldn't get out of the room fast enough. Cost of the procedure surprised me and my insurance. My fault for not asking up front. However, the biggest issue by far. . .

. . Explanation of post surgery scenarios and procedures for addressing possible complications and pain management post surgery was very substandard. While they gave post surgery instructions, they were common sense in nature and not relevant to the extensive nature of my procedure and level of pain. Thankful that the final outcome was satisfactory 6 weeks later, but 3 weeks of complications, pain and excessive bleeding for what I thought was a routine extraction (my first, other than 4 wisdom teeth 25 years ago which went much smoother) are the lasting impression. Not sure I would return again.

Monesmith to everyone! Him and his staff were truly the greatest! You could definitely not find any one else more skilled than them! My husband was very impressed too! He is telling a lot of different people about how smooth everything went with my procedure!!! I will definitely go there again if the time comes to have a tooth extracted! You are the best! I didn't have any pain whatsoever the following day! No pain medication needed!!!

Just Me

Absolutely horrible. Find somewhere else, even if you have to drive out of town. I was told I would most likely not have to pay a copay and if there was one I would be billed after they billed insurance. As I am sitting in the chair prepped for tooth extraction and in extreme pain, staff comes in and tells me they need $1,000 payment before they will even start! I was told IF there is any money left after insurance payment I would be reimbursed.

I told them that is not how dental insurance should work and no one has $1,000 in this economy to give up just to wait to see if there is reimbursement. After some back and forth we settled on $300 which I had to call family to help with. I was still in extreme pain and felt I was forced to proceed and sign documents under duress. Tooth extraction went okay and I was done within 20-30 mins or less.

Months later I get a generic bill for another $148! Today sheriff came to my door and they are sueing me in small claims court over $148! Still never received itemized bill from them or insurance. This company inflates costs and has been able to get away with it because it's a small town and you don't have much choices. Don't fall victim to their game.
