My name Josephine Cole. I was seen by Rosie yesterday. She was amazing! She informed me on how to care for my mouth after surgery. I had on Tuesday. I have extreme anxiety when I come there. She was awesome! Will request her on my appointment. (The surgeon was awful. He didn't tell me how to care for my mouth. Just said he was finished.

He put me under twice. He didn't take out my wisdom teeth. He had to go back in. I was not pleased. He acted as though he didn't want to be there. Bed side manner was awful. ) The staff that I have had the opportunity to be with are simply wonderful, from the front desk to the staff in the back. Please let them know that I think their amazing. My experience during my appointment was okay. Everyone was extremely nice, it just seemed as though they were busy and stretched kind of thin. It was after the appointment that I had issues. They had told me that the office manager was out and they would have to call me with the plan and pricing. A couple of days later, I did receive a call and voicemail. (I am not allowed to answer my phone at work unless on break or lunch.

) So, I tried to call back after I got off work. There was no answer so I left a message and requested for a call after 4:30 or to set a time so I could catch someone at a good time. A couple of days go by and no call. So, I try to call during my lunch, since it is a little more midday. The person that answered the phone was very short and was a little rude. She checked with the office manager and came back to tell me that they were with a patient and they would need to call me back.

I asked if she had let them know that it needs to be after 4:30 and she snaps “Yes” and here we are 3 weeks later and still no call. I definitely don’t recommend this location if you are actually wanting work done. I called another location, the office manager went through the entire plan and pricing with me and sounded like she was smiling the whole time.

This was my first visit to this location, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed. While some of the staff were friendly, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. After my exam, no one communicated what was going on—they simply walked away and left me sitting in the chair. Eventually, a staff member told me I could check out, but I still had the towel around my neck, which felt rushed and unprofessional. I asked to speak with someone regarding my aligners and was told I would receive a call back.

That was on Tuesday. I still haven’t heard anything, even after following up with a voicemail on Thursday. In contrast, I’ve had excellent experiences at the Aspen Dental location in Canton, OH.

A Muncie Experience

Great dental office! Wonderful staff and includes some of the best dentists in central Ohio! They explained everything that needed to be done and gave a step by step of process of my procedure. Made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

Wait time to be seen was approximately 10 minutes. Clean, efficient and well organized office! Highly recommend Aspen for all your dental work, ex rays, cleanings and care!
