Hi, my name is Lisa and I just wanted to leave a review for the Aspen dental near mid Rivers mall. I love it here. I am so happy to have found this place. The staff is courteous and extremely helpful. I am just really happy that I found this place. I have some issues with my gums. They taken care of that really well and actually my gums are looking really good recently. I am getting an implant because I have a tooth missing kinda in the back on the side.

Doctor Chourhary Has taken great care of me. It’s just nice when you go someplace like the dentist office and the environment is pleasant and comfortable and all the people are kind sweet. I got to work with Molly Sydney today for the first time. She did the scans on my teeth that are needed for measurements so that they make sure everything is right with the implant that I am going to be getting. She was great. She actually took time to talk to me about some changes I have been going through. She was actually able to relate because she had had similar experiences. I am hoping to see her again the next time I come.

I would highly recommend the Aspen dental that is in the area near Mid River mall. It’s actually on the side where Outback Steakhouse is and HomeGoods and Ross Is in the same parking lot also. You’ll love it. I should’ve done this review a long time ago because I have been very pleased with their work. So I’m doing it now to let everyone know to come out here and check them out. You’ll love it.

I had an extremely disappointing experience here. I was told I needed a full deep cleaning due to “minor bone loss” and that I would never be eligible for regular cleanings again—something no other dentist has ever told me. The total cost was over $1,600, and they asked for an $856 deposit just to book the appointment. Thankfully, I didn’t have my card on hand, which turned out to be a blessing. Then the scheduling circus began.

After making the appointment, I got a voicemail about a same-day cancellation. I called back ten times—the line kept hanging up. Finally got through, was told to come in, and then got a call while I was en route saying someone else took the spot. At that point, I realized this place was not for me. I trusted my instincts and got a second opinion at a different dentist, Premier Dental Partners.

Not only was I not in need of a deep cleaning, I was able to get a gingivitis-level cleaning that was more appropriate for my actual condition—with a follow-up scheduled to reassess. This office feels more focused on over-diagnosing and upselling than on actual patient care. Do your research, get a second opinion, and don’t let pressure or scare tactics push you into expensive treatments you don’t need. Thankful I listened to the signs—because the universe always has my back.

I went to Aspen Dental for a dental emergency and was very satisfied with the care I received. They provided a thorough analysis of the issue and scheduled a follow-up for the very next day to take care of it. The pricing was reasonable, and both the dentist and hygienist were professional, courteous, and made me feel at ease.

First time experience and everyone was kind and respectful and informative. Got me in quickly and scheduled my services quickly, all has been so much better since my visit. I had some really bad tooth pain never have had any issues in my life went in they took care of everything, I’m about 4 days from what I had done and I feel great no more pain.
