The dentist and dental assistant were excellent. I don't care for the business model where you meet with the business manager every time there are charges. Feels like negotiating with a used car salesman.

The receptionist and customer service women I spoke with were very nice and did their best to remedy the situation. However, after waiting multiple weeks, and receiving a reminder about my appointment for today just yesterday when I came for my appointment today I was told it was cancelled because I didn’t confirm the appointment. There was nothing in the reminder text I received about needing to confirm that I would be there only that if I was unable or needed to reschedule.

I understand that this is your system and mistakes happen. But coming as a first time patient to be told that my appointment was canceled and I was not notified and that the next available appointment wouldn’t be until July is crazy.

Waited over 2 hrs to get x-rays. Then another half hr for check out in another room. Avoid going to these cheap places if you can. Didn't feel clean there like my other dentist. Thought I was getting a cleaning and they said no just x-rays. Not a good option for someone with bad dental insurance.

Everyone was very nice! The dentist explained everything very clearly and made me feel very comfortable! I live the office manager she was awesome and went over all the financial side of things for me and also answered all my questions.
