Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Aspen Dental! Honestly, I’m shocked by some of the 1-star reviews because that was not my experience at all. Like many veterans, I’ve had my fair share of bad dental experiences (thanks, Army), so I usually walk into any dental office with a fair amount of dread. But from the moment I stepped into Aspen Dental, I felt completely at ease.

I recently had a dental implant done, and I cannot believe how smooth and painless the entire process was. I was awake the whole time, and before I knew it—boom, done! No pain, no drama, just skilled hands and a caring team who clearly know what they’re doing. The doctor and staff were incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring, which made all the difference.

I’m genuinely grateful to have found this place, and I’ll absolutely be coming back for future care. And to those leaving 1-star reviews because you didn’t plan ahead—come on now. This team is fantastic, and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I took my mom to Aspen Dental and signed her up for their $49 annual savings plan, hoping it would help with affordable dental care since she doesn’t have insurance. The plan covered her initial exam and X-rays, which was helpful. However, right after the exam, they recommended a deep cleaning based on her diagnosis and quoted us around $3,000 for the procedure. When we asked if she could just have a regular cleaning instead, they refused. The staff member explaining the costs was somewhat dismissive and not very helpful.

From what I’ve read in other reviews, it seems Aspen Dental often recommends expensive deep cleanings to most patients, even if a regular cleaning might be enough. It felt more like a sales pitch than genuine care. Overall, the $49 plan didn’t make the treatment affordable, and the experience left us feeling frustrated. I wouldn’t recommend Aspen Dental for anyone looking for clear communication and affordable options.

I had a great experience getting everything I taken care of. From beginning to ed it was informative, easy, and done in a weeks time. Very happy with my results so far. I had all my remaining teeth removed and left with dentures in an hour. Couldn't be happier.
