The worst experience I could have possibly asked for. I was in severe pain needing my wisdom teeth taken out. During my appointment, the dental staff including the X-ray tech and the hygienist were awesome. However, the dentist who was subbing in for their normal dentist caused so much pain during my exam that I was crying and he berated me. Afterward, I made an appointment for the extraction, which I was told would take out a broken molar and the erupted wisdom tooth next to it.

I was called at least three times over the next week in the middle of my work day asking if I could move my appointment or being told that it was outright canceled. I repeatedly told them I could not move it because I am a college student who works full time on top of that. I was then told that there was an error in the orders for my procedure and if it had not been caught by a tech, I would have had a perfectly healthy tooth extracted instead. I was also told that I could no longer have my wisdom tooth taken out and that I would have to have another procedure to get it removed, after I had taken the time off work and made the arrangements expecting to have it done. I cancelled and opted to have my referral sent to another oral surgeon, which they have not done because every time I call, at different points every day, I am given attitude by the receptionist and told that the office manager isn't in.

I am due to have my consultation with the other oral surgeon soon but may have to cancel, though I have waited for the appointment for over a month, because I haven't been able to get my records. I have been charged over $1000 for a procedure I never had done- my insurance didn't cover all of it and I now have to pay over $500 on a carecredit credit card when I am already struggling as is. I would not recommend this office to anyone and wish I never visited at all.

The dentists and staff are always very nice and welcoming and have always done a great job. I give less than 5 stars however because it seems like they don't know what's going on with the finances half the time. Was quoted a price. Put down a large deposit thinking id owe a little bit. So after the first visit was told id owe x amount of money.

Next visit I dont owe anything and they still have half my deposit to use. Go in again and was told I owe x amount and after telling them I was told half my deposit still needs to be used was told never mind. Make sure you get a print out of where your money is going because that is very sketchy in my opinion. As much as I love my dentists I think I'll be going elsewhere to not be scammed out of money.

I came to Aspen after having a really bad experience elsewhere. I can not say enough about the Dentist and the entire staff here. Everyone was caring, kind and professional. And-- the outcome--I was exceptionally pleased. The Dentist went above and beyond. I wasn't just "another patient" I was somebody who they cared about. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr. Hall is the best. The work she has done so far is beyond. She cares about her patients and guides in the right direction. I have anxiety in going in and she walks me through each step and that is so important and helps ease the visits. It also helps because she so kind. She has done wonderful work on my crowns so far and looking forward for her correcting a couple of teeth that were not repairable by doing implants. I trust her completely. I am very happy with my results so far. It is nice to be more than just a number and they also get you in on a timely manner so you able to get all the work you need to get done.

The whole staff there is wonderful too and I very grateful that I found them. They do everything. The hygienist there is great. Highly recommend them. Again, it's nice to have someone like Dr. Hall working on my teeth. I highly recommend her and grateful I made that call. Best decision ever.
