I had been a PT in this office for years, I had no complaints. But I had another dentist who had never seen Dr. Hesson, it was the worst experience of my life, I had an infection that she did not find until I kept insisting that I had pain. Her answer was that I had to take out my front teeth. When I asked for a second option she said no, and she got upset because I got emotional and cried.

She didn't want to give me anything for the pain and gave me antibiotics because I asked for them. It's Dr. Hesson has no ethics. I went to another office for a second opinion, there they took away my infection and saved my teeth.

I, as well as my children are patients at this clinic. Today was my son's very first visit (he's 2) he's usually shy and very reserved and was a little skeptical at first but meeting his dental hygienist Magda was like omg! She was nice, kind , laughed ALot, and interacted with my son the entire time and still got her job done! She even pulled out a coloring book and colored with him just to make my son feel comfortable before his cleaning, who does that????. .

. we love Magda, she's amazing!

I used to go here and I thought they were great until I found out that the 2 cavities they claimed I had , I actually dont have. During the pandemic , i tried to schedule an appointment with them & couldnt so I found another dentist who told me I had 0 cavities & the only reason I am in pain now & have an infected tooth was because someone from Aspire thought it would be smart to give me a filing when I actually needed a root canal. & now the filing was so deep into my tooth its caused an infection.

I will definitely not be returning here again. I should have read the reviews prior & its true that they claim that you have cavities just to make money off of you!

While waiting for my appointment check in, because they were talking I overheard them talking about people in a not-so-nice way, I heard the woman say to the other woman make him suffer these people need to learn that they can't just keep cancelling appointments so make him suffer. I know no one on the planet wants to hear that in the dentist office worst ever use caution if you go here.

My friend had a cleaning here and it hurt so bad afterwards for days and she cracked one of his teeth.
