This is the second time I've visited Dr. Alessandrini's office for an extraction, bone graft, and implant. Nothing but good things to say about Dr. Alessandrini and his staff. They greeted me with a smile, were personable, and readily responded to all my questions. My extractions and implants went well with no complications.

Dr. Alessandrini provided good pain management procedures and demonstrated concern about overall comfort asking what backgound music I would like to hear during the procedures, a nice distraction. After each of the 4 procedures he called in the evening to make sure sure I was doing okay and to answer any new questions. Overall, Dr. Alessandrini is a caring oral surgeon whose skills provided successful outcomes void of complications.

Dr. Alessandrini was recommended by my current dentist and I am glad I found him. Because my experience with Dr. Alessandrini was a very good one. Meaning I needed a wisdom tooth removed. But I had 2, in the same place, instead of just one, so I needed surgery for that, with total anesthesia. I have great anxiety when it comes to doctors, needles and anesthesia. So I tried to postpone it as much as possible.

When I finally had the courage to go, I found at Dr. Alessandrini’s office great personnel, super nice ladies, last generation equipment , super modern and clean location/facility and a great ambient overall. Which decreased my anxiety immediately. Dr. Alessandrini was very nice and he communicated everything simple and clear. The surgery went very well. Dr. Alessandrini called me later to check up on me.

I had a very good recovery. So the least I could do to give back is to spread the awareness of how good professional Dr Alessandrini is. Glad I got over it, personally. But if you need anything Oral surgery related, Dr. Alessandrini is for sure your answer.

After many failed and expensive surgeries in NYC Dr. Alessandrini was referred to me by my son. The difference in quality of work and expertise as well as care with Dr. Allessandrini is unbelievable. After going to "the best" surgeon in Manhattan and cosmetic dentist, I suffered for weeks with pain, infections and failed work for tens of thouands of dollars.

The flight, the travel and the time are with the trip to see a doctor as qualified, talented and caring as Dr. Alessandrini. He needs to head to NYC to teach some classes. I am so pleased and happy with the professionalism and kindness of his staff and the meticulous care that I have received. I can only say he is one excellent doctor!
