Long wait and receptionist always seems confused. They will put you on hold and start having a conversation with their coworkers. My husband was there with the kids while I was calling from work. He witnessed it. Be careful because they will milk your insurance. I went for a consultation for invisaline. My son was excited.

I took off from work to take him. Only to say at the end that my insurance doesn't cover it and I have to pay 5900. I went on insurance website and found Diamond braces. They checked my insurance and it covered 60 percent. Insurance was discussed after not before. If I was told before I would not have gone nor taken the day off from work.

If you are looking for an amazing dental office to go, come to Atlas Park Dental!! The office is clean, welcoming, and have state of the art equipment. There are several dental offices in the vicinity where I live but I travel all the way to Atlas Park Dental because of the exceptional service that they provide. The Atlas Park team are very friendly, patient, and they make you feel comfortable.

The dentists have excellent patient care bedside manner and are very gentle. They thoroughly explain step by step what is going on in the procedure. Highly recommend! 10 Stars!

Dr Loredana at Atlas Park Dental is very knowledgeable and caring! She did excellent work with my molar implant and I had an excellent outcome! Definitely recommend her especially if you’re a nervous patient!

I decided to take my family to this office especially because they attended children. They were referred to us by her pediatrician. We took my daughter here for her first dentist visit (which went well) and my husband and I got work done. Unfortunately when getting a new fill in on the right side of my mouth the doctor punctured a blood vessel and caused a hematoma it was so bad my face swelled up and was insanely bruised. I decided to go back to obviously get it checked out they were able to squeeze me in and refer me to a specialist thankfully I was okay.

It obviously caused trauma because who would want to look like they got punched in the face. Regardless I expressed that I was not upset at the doctor who caused this because I know it was not intentional. We’re human we make mistakes. My husband was suppose to get a deep cleaning and apparently they ran our insurance for my husband and I but I was only able to get half of mine done and my husband was told they never received the approval for him so they had to resubmit it, till this day we never heard back from them it’s been well over 2 months and the office practically ghosted us. Although they caused an inconvenience to us they obviously no longer wanted anything to do with us.

I just felt the need to say my experience with this office. Honestly we were willing to go back regardless of what happened but since we were practically ghosted we have to find a new dental office. We hope this doesn’t happen to another family.
