I have a 3 issues with this practice. 1. I’ve gone to Aura Dental 4 times so far. Minus the first visit, which was essentially my first teeth cleaning; each time after I’ve always scheduled future cleanings in advance - every single cleaning, they’ve called a week prior saying they have to reschedule or cannot see me that day anymore, which then forces me to move my client/work schedule around even after structuring it around that preset cleaning. Frustrating to say the least. 2. In addition, my teeth cleanings have a been no more then 10 mins, last time I timed it from sitting down and getting up at a total of 7 minutes.
(My previous dentist [moved a new town], would spend minimum 30 mins cleaning). Doesn’t seem right. 3. It says pain free on the website . . my cleanings have been far from it. The occasional squint once in a while is one thing but cringing the entire time due to the lack of caring , and the over aggressive pulling of my mouth out to the side.
Yeah I think I’m done. FYI: I brush my teeth 2x a day & floss 4-5x a week. I take care of my teeth and I’m not one to complain but I’m just over it at this point. I’ll be searching for a new dentist.
