First i wanna say Sundeep is a horrible dentist with a horrible attitude and she thinks because of her status a patient is supposed to allow her to talk to people the way she does. I just switched over here had my second visit which is going to be my last. She did no work instead she argued with me about switching my primary dental which was handled in office by both me and the receptionist.

She got upset when I asked her what was the point of her trying to argue with me when I handled it already which is why she continued to numb my mouth for a fill in. After I confronted her being wrong during the argument she refused to finish the job and just left my mouth numb.

Dentist and her staff is really co-operative. Dentures for my mom came up well. My mom is so happy since she can eat and speak clearly. I highly recommend their services. Thank you for great job.

I did my first dental cleaning today at the office and let me tell you I didn’t feel not one thing I was just scared at the beginning but she made it so smooth and I am so happy ! Starting with the front desk so friendly ! I’m so happy it’s also close to home :) thank you all for everything

Unprofessional! I booked an appointment here yesterday because my wisdom tooth cracked. They gave me a 2pm for today. Unfortunately my babysitter couldn’t watch my kids today. The office called me today to see if I can come earlier & I informed the lady that I couldn’t because of no child care. She caught an attitude & said you can’t do that you’re confirmed for today. (I never was asked for any type of confirmation.

I just booked an appointment. )There’s a $50 fee to cancel just for future reference. And then she said What about the 18th will you have Someone to watch your kids? And I said you know what I’m not going to schedule. I’ll call back but the reality is I’m not going to call back because she is very disrespectful and ignorant. I have been there in the past, and the dentist was very good. Unfortunately, they have lost Client because of her nastiness.

Clearly, she probably does not have kids or any compassion for a mother. She needs to learn manners and professionalism. Actually, they need to replace her because a person like her doesn’t fit in a professional environment.
