Westfield Pediatric Dental is always a pleasant environment, staff is polite and very thorough. Dr. Shin is fantastic and her assistant Martha is sweet. My 3 kids have been coming to this office since they were little. We highly recommend all of the dentist as they have been treated by each of them at some point.

We saw Dr McCabe for a second opinion about a space maintainer for our son. Our original dentist had advised one after an extraction and Dr McCabe explained why in this case it was not necessary and this was confirmed by an orthodontist. Dr McCabe fit us in right away and took his time explaining everything. He is calm and does not rush you like other dentists sometimes do. He is very professional as is his staff.

He takes time and does a thorough evaluation and it is clear that he cares. He found 2 cavities we did not know of. Office staff was excellent as well.

My 3 year old son had his first visit today and he loved it! Every staff member I met was so friendly and kind. The office is decorated beautifully and is so welcoming and inviting for children! They have tv’s on the ceiling for the kids to watch while they get cleaned, they let the kids pick a flavor toothpaste, and give the kids lots of goodies and prizes to take home. They also took a picture of him to remember his first visit that they made into a magnet to take home 🤗.

We are so pleased! Thank you Dr. Walk and Paige for your kindness and taking care of my son’s teeth and thank you to the friendly front desk staff!

I had a wonderful experience at the office when I brought my 6-year-old in for tooth pain. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Ms Martha was ready for us right away and went above and beyond to make both of my sons (and me!) feel comfortable. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and treated my son with so much care before, during, and after the procedure. Dr Walk was equally amazing—very knowledgeable, gentle, and reassuring throughout the entire process.

Dr Walk took the time to explain the situation and my options very clearly and answered all my questions. She did a fantastic job with the procedure and keeping my son calm and comfortable, which made a big difference for us. Everyone in the office was helpful and kind. I’m so grateful we were seen the same day and would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a great pediatric dental team
