First, I would like to say if you’re looking for a dental place that will do amazing work and treat you like you are part of the family, go to Bogota Dental Spa in Totowa. I started coming here in 2021 for some dental treatment and it’s been 3 years now. They have done some amazing work on me and I am very pleased with what they have done for me. Special thanks to Dr.

Sherzoy for personally working on my treatment! Thank you to Dr. Sabat and his wife Jessica, Dr. A and the team who also gave me amazing results! I highly recommend this place and the team if you’re looking for a dental place!

Honestly, I am really disappointed in this place as of recently. I spent time & money last year and my root canals went smoothly and i was very happy with the staff. This year, however, I went back for a root canal on my only day off before vacation and was told that my insurance no longer covers the service and it would be over $2000. I called my insurance and thoroughly checked my plan. I learned that the office billed it as a major service when my insurance considered it basic.

I called the office to clarify and hopefully get the error taken care of before I had to leave and was told I would receive a call back right away to set up appointment. It has been 2 weeks and I have never received a phone call apologizing for the error or an attempt to book the service or even see how I am doing. The tooth pain was so excruciating that it ruined my family vacation and I just feel so hurt that my situation was not even acknowledged or prioritized.

I had a wonderful experience at B Dental Spa. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. The office is clean, modern, and has a calming, spa-like atmosphere Dr. Danny Bishara was professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly.

The hygienist was also amazing—very thorough and kind throughout the entire process. You can tell that the whole team truly cares about their patients. I highly recommend b Dental Spa to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and kind dental team. I’ll definitely be coming back!
