Dr. Rossi, Dr. Russo and their staff are all very nice caring people. That take time to say hello and make you feel comfortable. They answer the phone and return calls their office is clean and pleasant. I really appreciate them.

Dr. Russo is a skilled dentist, and I was happy with the dental care he provided me. Aside from that, I am disgusted by the way I have been treated recently. I arrived on time for my appointment yesterday. I was told to call when I arrived, but nobody picked up the phone. When I finally got inside from the cold, they took my temperature. It was 99, a completely normal body temperature (especially given the fact that they'd already kept me waiting for my appointment in the cold and I was becoming annoyed). Because it was not an exact 98.

6, and my temp was a mere . 4 above that, they had me wait and took it again. During this time, Dr. Russo and his assistant were looking at me as if I was completely diseased. They took my temp again, after making me feel worse by the second, and it's up to 100. . . probably because of how annoyed I was feeling by the fact that they were wasting my time and I had just rushed there from picking up my children after teaching all day.

At this point, they turn me away and won't see me. I am perfectly healthy with a body temp. that's within normal range. They made me feel like I had the plague. I was told they'd call me today to help me reschedule, and of course, I have not been contacted. I do not plan on returning, and I'd recommend any other dentist than Dr. Russo at Roseland Dental Associates if you'd prefer to be treated kindly and with dignity.

If you want a professional, skilled and personable dentist look no further! Dr. Russo is truly the best dentist out there. His compassion and sensitivity to patient needs is unparalleled. I actually look forward to seeing him every 6 months for my cleaning. 100% would recommend Dr. Russo to anyone!

Dr. Rossi is by far, the most honest, caring, considerate, personal, and gentle dentist I have ever been to. Many years ago, I had a dentist advise me that I had 4 cavities that needed to be filled ASAP. . . Prior to having him do the work, I went to Dr. Rossi for a 2nd opinion.

. . and guess what? Only 1 cavity. . . Not 4! His staff has always been amazing, friendly, and accommodating. Enthusiastically recommended, and A+++++ service!
