Receptionist is rude. Dr. Bargley told me I needed a deep cleaning but if insurance denies it he will still do a cleaning. The insurance did deny it and the office told me they will not do the cleaning & how I needed to go to a pariodontist. I came to find out that dr.

Bargleys office billed my insurance for a cleaning that was never done. I went to to pariodontist who said I didn't need a deep cleaning. Also their office hours show they are open Fridays 8:30-12:30a but office is locked, no one is here, there is no note on door indicating they would be out today.

Where do I start? How about the 3-strike policy? You miss three appointments, you’re out, but I guess that doesn’t apply to them since they rescheduled me 14 times, and I understood this place is disgusting. They put you in a room, and there be a random tooth and blood gauze on the tray. Blood on the chair. They messed up my crown 6 times and put it in solid white and never matched it to the color of my teeth.

It kept falling out. This is not a place that needs to be in business.

If I was able to give this place 0 stars, I would. For anyone looking for a dentist, PLEASE DON’T GO HERE. For the very short time I went here, the receptionists were disgustingly rude and would always want to reschedule and move my appointments, even when I would say I didn’t want my appointment moved. The procedure room and the hygienist’s office were absolutely disgusting as if they never cleaned up after whoever else they’ve worked on previously.

One of the assistants he has was very rude towards me and said some very inappropriate things and when I reported to the office, I was told “she’s older and doesn’t fully understand what she said was wrong, don’t let it ruin your day. ” THAT’S NO EXCUSE. The hygienist would shred my gums every time she cleaned my teeth and now that I’m going to a new dentist, I had to get 2 root canals and one of my fillings redone because he messed my teeth up so bad. This man is literally in his 80s and has shaky hands, he should NOT be working in the dentistry field anymore.

I’ve also learned that my fiancée’s aunt went to him years ago and he ruined her teeth too, so he’s a repeat offender in awful dentistry. I don’t know how his office isn’t closed down, but it definitely needs to be PRONTO.

7/17/25 Bagley performed a pulpotomy on me that put me in severe pain. Not only in the tooth but the whole side of my face. Top of head, ear, eye, cheek was all POUNDING relentlessly. 800 mg ibuprofen & 500 mg Tylenol was not even touching this pain! He allowed his assistant in the office to then finish the procedure which is COMPLETELY illegal in the state of NJ. Never took an xray after to make sure he completed the procedure properly, also very wrong! When I called him (very upset) trying to get his help with getting me into an endo this morning, he gets upset and says “he’s not dealing with this” “Call someone else, I’m not helping you” and hangs up on me.

He THEN calls my mother! I’m a 30 yr old woman who doesn’t even have her mother as an emergency contact and he calls and tells her everything going on with me at the office, not ONCE but TWICE this morning. (He has since called and tried to FACETIME my mom multiple times to complain bc I left a review on his Facebook page and is completely harassing her) He replied to my facebook review with outing me as a patient of another dentist in this area. He also claimed in his post that a dentist wouldn’t see me bc I’ve missed multiple appointments which is not only a complete lie but a severe violation of hippa and I can’t believe I’m even dealing with this. Cost me $2,000 today to get myself out of pain that he caused. This is the most unprofessional Dr.

I’ve ever experienced in my life & I will be reporting to the board of dentistry & the board of human services. Please be aware and save yourself the money, pain & embarrassment.
