Franklinville Family and cosmetic dentistry is our family’s go-to dental home! Dr. Patel and her team are exceptional—warm, skilled, and great with both kids and adults. My 10-year-old loves their fun, relaxed vibe, and even looks forward to cleanings now. I recently got teeth whitening here, and the results are amazing—Dr. Patel took time to customize the treatment for my needs.

The staff and dentist are so so nice, I called everywhere and finally was able to get an appointment with them as a new patient. They squeezed me in and were very caring and listened to what I had to say and took care of me. After the awful experiences I had with other places, having no insurance and in an emergency, this place felt like a miracle.

Not to mention other places were charging triple than what they charged me. Thank you so much. ❤️

5/2/25-All legal documents prepared and sent. Dental Board confirmed receipt of all complaints and they are under review. I'm so sorry to anyone who the dentist has treated in the manner he has treated me. 4/28/25-I received a phone call today from the dentist from a restricted number disguising his voice threatening me and I called the police and made a police report and they contacted him and told him to never contact me again. I have notified the Dental Board about this new incident today as well. I have never lied about anything and I had a pain problem not a drug problem. Hopefully this is the last time this dentist takes advantage of a patient, I will throw every bit of energy and every resource I have to ensure this behavior stops and nobody is ever treated this way again. I am bringing the full weight of the civil court and licensing board to bear in this situation. I have secured an attorney and will file a lawsuit for: violation of HIPPA, slander, libel, patient neglect, malpractice, and harassment. We will figure this out with our attorneys. You can't put patient information on Google but if you want to leave it up it is up to you, anyone who knows me knows I don't have a drug issue so I'm fine with it, it will also be gold for my violation of HIPPA lawsuit. I saw a few other people who you did this to as well, hopefully they file a HIPPA lawsuit as well, pretty cut and dry case.

Good Luck to you sir. 4/27/25- Completed comprehensive report and complaint sent to NJ Board of Dentistry via priority mail. I was in severe pain this Wednesday and went into Franklinville Dentistry and saw the dentist. I have had 5 procedures in the last 3 weeks. Had a cleaning, whitening, 2 root canals at 2 separate times, and was fitted for a permanent bridge and crown. My bridge was taken off and put back on 3 times in the last 3 weeks. I stopped in because this is very close to my home and I was in severe pain. The Franklinville dentist diagnosed me as needing another root canal and that being the source of the pain. I wanted a second opinion and also couldn't tolerate any further procedures. I then left, found out I DO NOT need another root canal. The pain is from tissue and ligament damage and has nothing to do with the other tooth that supposedly needed a root canal. This dentist texted me after my appointment from his personal cell phone and said, "I hope you get the help you need.

" This guy is unbelievable, insinuating that I might have a drug problem because I was looking for relief from serious serious dental pain is absolutely crazy. I wanted a second opinion because this guy has some terrible reviews and he's not a root canal specialist. Read the reviews, be careful with this guy, he's a handful. Trying to gaslight me into thinking I have a drug problem and force me to do a procedure I don't need to do. On 9/4/2013 the Dentistry Board in New Jersey cited him for repeated acts of negligence, malpractice or incompetence, and violating the board's regulations. I am a Licensed Counselor, Executive and Clinical Director of a Healthcare Facility, and a Professor at a local college. Trust me, don't go here, my experience with this office was beyond incompetent, it was willful negligence in my opinion. There are plenty of compassionate and ethical providers out there, leave this place alone.
