Dr. Marshall B. is super knowledgeable, easy to talk with, and gives expert explanations of procedures in layman's terms. The staff is welcoming, kind, and make the visit pleasant (even though you may be there to get stabbed in the face with a needle and have your tooth drilled!). I would recommend Dr Baines office to everyone! 10/10.

From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel welcomed and at ease, they were not only friendly but incredibly organized and helpful, not at all distracted, answering all of my questions with patience and a smile. The office itself is immaculate and equipped with state-of-the-art technology that clearly reflects their commitment to providing the highest quality care. What really stood out to me was the one-on-one consultation with the dentist. They took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options, using high-tech imaging and tools to walk me through everything in a way that was easy to understand.

I never felt rushed, just genuinely cared for. This practice sets the bar for what modern, compassionate dental care should be. Highly recommend!

I’m not sure how many people enjoy going to the Dentist but I’ve got to say I’ve had a wonderful experience going to Baines Family Dental. Dr Marshall has been my primary Dentist for years and is always knowledgeable, caring & painless. His expertise & kindness is always top notch. The Assistants are all remarkable as well as the Office Staff.

Both Professional & Friendly. Everyone eases whatever dental anxiety you might have.
