This clinic is the worst! Had multiple fillings and a crown which they all fell out! After giving me a cleaning apt for 6 months, took the time FROM work to request off…. . they had the nerve to call me 4 hours before the scheduled apt to reschedule!!!! Um….

No! I’m not requesting another day off from work because they don’t have a substitute! I also had my insurance cover 1/2 of my crown two weeks after my root canal took place. Baker Victor didn’t notify me until 10 weeks after my root canal!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 so unprofessional!

I just had the same experience as someone else posted! The dentist felt unprofessional and was chatting a LOT, hit my nerve during a filling but didn't say anything and guess what.. 2 months later the filling falls out!! This place has really gone to the dumps. Your teeth are one set for life don't trust these unprofessional charlatans!

I have been coming to Baker Victory Dental since 2003. I love it here!! The staff is ALWAYS so welcoming & very friendly. Starting with the beautiful receptionists that greet you with a warm hello & how are you (Deidra, Maria & Emily), the friendly, knowledgeable hygienists that get your teeth sparkling clean in a timely manner, ready for an examination (Melissa, Missy-dental assistant, Aggie, Emily & Cathy) to the dentists that are prompt, professional, polite, personable & thorough (Dr. Marth, Dr. Homer & Dr.

McDonald ). Generall, people may not like going to the dentist, but I look forward to the interactions and all the friendly people that I get to see when I have my appointment. If you are looking for a new dentist, please make an appointment today and see what you've been missing with all your dental needs. You won't be disappointed!! 😉

WORST DENTIST EVER!! I have a huge hole in my back tooth that needs to get pulled, the root is showing. I finally get an apartment after being reschedule the different times. The dentist talked one look at my tooth and hurried up and refers me to Buffalo oral surgery. They rush you out of there fast as possible. They never sent over x rays to Buffalo oral surgery, and did nothing for me. Here I am weeks later and I need more antibiotics and need this tooth extracted.

I constantly call when I can. Never answer and no call back. These people have no regard for your well being. This place isn’t even a last resort. Save yourself the time.
