The hygienist was gentle, and I appreciated how they checked in on my comfort throughout. Since my insurance had limitations, I wanted to know the cost upfront because my tooth was chipped. I called them and made it clear that I only wanted an estimate and for the doctor to look at my tooth. I explained that I didn’t want any procedures done yet—just the price. They agreed to it. When I arrived for my appointment, the dental assistant began the exam, and I asked if she was going to proceed. She confirmed, so I reminded her that I only wanted the doctor to assess the tooth and provide a cost estimate. They told me I had a cavity and that it would be covered by insurance, including filling it, so I agreed to proceed. However, on the same day, they didn’t fill the cavity, and they scheduled me for the next day.

The next day, I had to wait for an hour, only to be told that the filling had already been done the day before, and my insurance had covered it. I was charged $600 for a small chipped tooth and the exam. I feel like this place is a scam, they neither gave me receipt or form I had to ask for it. The lady who did my filling seemed a learner rather than an actual dentist, I had doubts when she counted my tooth, something a dentist wouldn’t typically do cause they’re already familiar with the dental chart and numbering system and this was basic case. She unnecessarily drilled my upper incisor, which was perfectly fine, and she pulled Mylar strips so hard my adjacent tooth was chipped with a gap in between. Ever since, I’ve been experiencing root pain. So, the bleeding raises even more concerns. The whole procedure was done incorrectly.

Also, the woman who did my filling was unprofessional. While talking to another staff member, she interrupted and mentioned it was a broken tooth, “remind her…” but lady you did not fixed from the root or did you use crown, veneer, or bonding with especial material? It was normal composite white filling and it was only in surface- even polishing was not done properly. This tooth literally looks like a plastic and it’s really rough. I wasn’t impressed by her attitude, especially since I had asked abt the price & they lied about the cost. When I’m upset, I expect professionalism, not arrogance. 0 hospitality 0 servicing 0 professionalism 0 at communication
