Just home after my appointment with Dr. Wycall today. During yesterday's preliminary testing of the tooth in question, Dr. Wycall was able to pinpoint the exact source of the pain and determined, from what was detectable about the crack in my tooth, that it was a good candidate for a root canal. The tooth would not require extraction. With the aid of the x-ray images, all was explained to my satisfaction. Today’s procedure went very well: surprisingly quick and painless.

I'm usually grasping the arms of the chair when I'm at the dentist. That didn't happen here. Already gone are the shooting pains that plagued me with increasing frequency whenever this tooth came in contact with cold air or water. Very pleased with Dr. Wycall and his team. Worth every penny.

First time here. Appointment 2:15. Arrived 2:10. Filled out all on-line registration beforehand and have been waiting 30 minutes until I had to finally ask if my appointment was 2:15. No one made any attempt to let me know the wait would take as long as it has. For someone who puts off going to the Dentist this doesn’t bode well for Patient relations and sets me up with not much confidence.

Dr. Wycall and his staff pre-pandemic were just AWESOME. I . cannot find words to express how great their service was. I was treated by doctor Wycall 2019, and all I had experienced was just beyond great. . .

He is very knowledgeable, polite, professional, enthusiastic, energetic, positive, and goes extra mile to help the patient. However, new Staff is NOT good at all. too rude and unprofessional. I definitely recommend Dr. Wycall to friends and family but not his new Front desk staff. Mozhgan Hudiburgh Maryland
