My first visit was mostly fine. They informed me I needed "deep cleaning" which I have never needed - I floss and brush twice daily. They said I needed a crown without much evidence or explanation. Maybe it wasn't mostly fine. They rescheduled the second visit because they overbooked and then when I showed up again - they overbooked again. They had three 1pm appointments, took the other two in front of me, and left me in the lobby with no explanation. I left disgusted.

Afterwards - no follow up. They didn't even know they made a mistake. I will take my business somewhere else. If you are going to literally drill holes in my head I need to trust you. I do not trust this practice. Edit: I went to another dentist and they said my teeth were in very good shape - empirically - I had only 3 4mm gaps - everything else was between 1-3mm. There is absolutely no legitimate case to be made for deep cleaning.

Also - there was no need for a crown and not even a tooth that was evidently damaged. The consensus on this place from a number of sources is that they want to make money and will do unnecessary procedures to do so. Apparently it also belongs to a corporate chain cooperation that pushes this type of malpractice. Buyer beware.

Nakaia Rush

I have spent too much money at this place for them to tell me that I had to make another appointment because the only person available was a hygienist and not a dentist. No one told me that before booking an appointment. I got a cavity filled before but it seems like the male dentist missed some.

Prices are crazy if you don't have insurance which I have now and time wasted. Happy I found another place that actually cares for my teeth!

Life with Dearly

Daniel and I had appointment this clinic April 2 2025. My son and I had so much fun. Everybody was so polite and nice. The receptionist super approachable and Josh was super nice dealing with me and Daniel. Lastly Stephanie and Doc Jumaa so nicely talking about what is wrong my teeth. Everything was a great visit. Highly recommended.

Dr. Jumaa and his staff are beyond exceptional. It is very apparent everyone working in his office is genuinely happy to be there. It’s such a wonderful experience to be around joyful, cheerful people. Dr. Jumaa is a caring and gentle dentist and I am so glad we found him.
