Called for an appointment for cleaning and filling they side I need a clearance from the doctor because I have a defibrillator never had to do that before and if you're late for appointment they refuse to see you and won't give you another appointment for a year seen my self doctor are really nice and good but these girls run the office doctor probably doesn't know how his patient are being treated

The doctors are amazing, but the front office staff and billing staff are awful to deal with. They honestly deserve more stars but these girls just ruin it for me. Also, so stupid you can't even get them to answer the phone. I called five times in a row

They will dismiss you as a patient if you ever have to cancel an appointment more than once, and they don't pick up the phones. I left a voicemail with the office the day I had to reschedule. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed.

Every time I had to make an appointment it is usually months in advance, because of the nature and importance of my job I am unable to know exactly what my schedule could be 3 months in advance. Don't trust them to take care of you if you actually have anything important or emergency go on because you'll just be screwed!
