Very Effective Dental Experience. Also Pleasent. The office staff is kind and accommodating, music is soothing. Reminders come in Text and Email and the appointment times are real. Dr. Geffen is direct and caring. I definitely recommend Bay Dental. Two Thumbs Up.

Dr. Geffen is a true professional, friendly and welcoming but also extremely straightforward. I always admire her competence and I love that she does not recommend work that I don't need.

You know that feeling when your mechanic tells you you need "the works" and you have no way to decide if it is true? Well, you never have to worry about that with Dr. Geffen! I really recommend her practice to anyone needing a candid, super competent approach!

I am very happy with Dr Geffen and Bay Dental. Everything worked out perfectly for my last visit. Good location, plenty of parking space, staff was friendly and helpful. Acceptable waiting time. Dr Geffen put me at ease with smooth operation, clear advice and explanations.

A Campos

I wish I could give 0 stars, I made a specific request to be the very first patient of the day due to me currently having a comprised immune system (something no other office I have been to recently has had an issue). Not only was it NOT granted, even with enough advanced notice to accommodate me, when I asked to change my appointment, I was met with a VERY rude and disrespectful attitude which was absolutely uncalled for. For someone who’s supposed to be considered a “doctor“ she has absolutely zero compassion for patient care. She went on insisting ”how well she cleans after each patient. ” So I’m expected to believe this person after not only being lied to I was met with disrespect and made to feel embarrassed In front of her office staff.

After years of not only me but several family members in the area being patients at this office, NONE OF US WILL EVER RETURN. I never received an apology only messages trying to get me to reschedule. I left the office in tears.
