Very disappointed in the unfair decision bay endo decided on. I was referred to them for a Root Canal because they accept md healthy smiles. I had made an appt and gave them all my info because they thought I had delta dental. When they looked at the referral again they misread and saw it was md healthy smiles. They called me back and told me that all slots for that insurance were full at this time. What kind of establishment puts limits on a human beings health? When i asked why they have limits, Tammy told me it was because state insurance doesn't pay as well as others.

I couldn't believe she told me that. And further more, if you accept the insurance, than you should be serving anyone with that insurance and not a specific handful. Its very unfair and cruel. Edit: I did this review right after this conversation happened with Tammy. Another receptionist by the name of Alyssa called me with a completely different story on the insurance. She told me that I could come in for consult and that they would send it away to insurance to see if they will cover the root canal.

Than they will do root canal in another visit. I told her my last interaction with Tammy and she apologized and told me that shouldn't have been said. Im honestly nervous about going , not sure how I'll be treated. I have a lot of anxiety.

I had a Root Canal done at Bay Endodontics with Dr. Alexis Herring, and it truly wasn’t as scary as I expected. Dr. Herring was so kind and gentle, and she explained everything so clearly from beginning to end.

Her calm and professional manner really put me at ease. She was also quick and efficient, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was such a positive experience—and I’m so thankful I was in her care!
