The office workers are unprofessional/ no one communicates with each other. They appear to be very disorganized. Still waiting for a call back about filing a claim to get money back from my insurance company for a procedure I paid for out of pocket The cleaning I got was not that great

I had a chipped tooth once, When my dad went to this dentist, they just said I needed a filling and I had no nerve damage. So I got the filling and kept it for like 3 years or so. . When I bit into an apple, my filling came out and my dad took me a different private dentist. They said that I had nerve damage and needed a root canal.

I know that no part of my actual teeth came out when I bit into the apple and it was just the filling that came out. Which probably meant that I had already had nerve damage when I initially broke it. I could be wrong, but for your safety I wouldn't trust mall dentists in general. Also the staff had an attitude with me and my dad too keep in mind I was like 10 at the time, so idk why they were beefing with me😭
