Worst pediatric dentist I've ever been to in my life. They're good at what they do but don't accommodate people's work schedules. I had an appointment at 5:30 but I came 5:55 because of traffic. I left my job an hour and a half early and they said I was too late.

But they told me if I had an appointment at 5 they could allow me to come in at 5:55 but because I had a later appointment they couldn't work me in. How does that make sense? They could've accommodated me since I was already there. This is my third time coming in and my first time being late because of work.

What is the point of asking parents to fill out questionnaires + send in any new insurance information if it's not checked and corrected before the appointment? I'm sorry not all parents are insurance experts and can be confused - but that doesn't excuse the rudeness of the front desk. The inside staff have always been great but do not want to deal with this kind of front desk just to get my child seen.

Unprofessional, incompetent office manager who refused to investigate how they made a mistake In billing, needs desperately to be trained how to deal with customers all over again and how to handle billing errors made on their part. How did she even get that job? Customers, do yourself a favor and scroll through all the bad reviews about their front desk/admin staff.

Be forewarned and go at your own risk.

Dear management. I am deeply hurt and disappointed by the treatment my wife and 9-year-old son received at your office on March 26, 2025. I had scheduled his appointment for 2:40 PM, coordinated with his dentist. Due to NYC traffic, they arrived 10 minutes late, but I called in advance to confirm the delay.

Despite this, the three ladies at the front desk were not only extremely rude and unprofessional, but they also acted in a discriminatory and racist manner. They canceled the appointment without any consideration, spoke disrespectfully to my wife, and showed no willingness to accommodate the situation. This resulted in over $100 in Uber costs, my son missing school, and unnecessary stress for my family. To make matters worse, one of them even warned me about a $50 penalty for missing an appointment, yet they felt no responsibility for canceling ours.

This behavior is unacceptable and deeply troubling. I expect an immediate response and corrective action to address this issue. Sincerely, MY
