Please go somewhere else… this dentist only cares about how they get paid and NOT about patient care. My daughter has suffered in pain for 8 months because this office claimed my insurance hadn’t given proper approval. I call my insurance company and find out that they received the approval weeks after they submitted the request.

To add insult to injury my insurance doesn’t require pre approval! They simply could have treated my daughter and submitted the invoice immediately after. They ONLY care about money they are NOT interested in caring for people and that is disgusting!

Doctors are absolutely amazing. Two of the staff that I know are amazing . There are some new hires I guess that I haven’t seen before and their disgusting behavior. These wonderful doctors are going to lose a lot of customers because of bad behavior.

Staff is very helpful, Arly the office manager is amazing, well spoken, and such a delight to see when I go for my check ups. This office accommodates my schedule and always follows up on my appointments. Doctors are great, overall a very professional and well kept dental office.

Overall experience was okay. Place is nice and the staff is decent. There were some instances a few years back where I felt like they were trying to shake me down for money. At the time of my visits, I had very good insurance that covered mostly everything, but one of the main male dentists told me I would have to pay $100+ out of pocket for a service I was about to get, when I was in the chair. No mention of it beforehand.

I told them I didn’t have the money at the time and asked about a payment plan. They said no, so I left. Another time that same dentist told me for 2 tooth implants, it would be $700 per tooth. He kept insisting that was the price and he would not budge. The last visit I had there, before I moved out of state, I had a female surgeon(who was amazing) and she said she was confused because there was no limit on my insurance and she had never seen anything like that before.

I was stunned, because I was told otherwise before by the dentist. I don’t know if this was the case, but it seemed as though the male dentist was lying to me and trying to get money from me. It felt kind of sketchy, and even if I didn’t move away, I would not return here.
