A piece of my tooth had broken off and I needed a new Dentist ASAP. My son recommended Bayville Dental Arts. I called them for an appointment which to my surprise was the next day so I was already impressed being able to get an appointment so quickly. Dr Ingy Alhelawe and her staff are wonderful caring professional individuals.

Dr Ingy took the time to explain what needed to be done. I am so happy to have chosen Bayville Dental Arts and Dr Ingy Alhelawe as my Dentist. I highly recommend Bayville Dental Arts for all your dental needs.

WOW. Best experience I ever have had. I have severe depression and struggle so much to brush my teeth and was really scared to see a new dentist after getting bullied by my last one. And yes, bullied. Let me say first the staff are incredible - from reception to dental assistants to the head of dental.

Amazing. Another plus, the waiting room is spacious enough and the wait time is literally close to zero. They have waters and coffees and sparkling waters in the waiting room too. After genuinely one minute after filling out my new patient form, I was called in. Apologies but I don't remember who assisted me during my appointment because I was just so nervous.

The dental assistants was young but very very thorough, explaining to me each step of the cleaning and explaining the poor work my previous dentist did and how they will help to fix it. Then when the other dentist came in, they additionally explained all the numbers and words they used when checking my teeth, to let me know that it was not anything to worry about or any secret lingo. Just wow. These people are incredible and I plan to be a life long patient!

From the first visit and consultation Dr.Ingy and entire staff made me feel at ease and made me feel comfortable with the process that was ahead of me. I just would like to say if your unsure of procedure I would suggest to do it because it changed my life , for the better .
