Can’t say enough good things about Dr Gillespie and staff. Today, I had my final Great on Eight dental implant system installed. I absolutely love it.

Fits perfectly!!! I have a bad gag reflex and they patiently worked with me through the whole process. I would totally recommend this dental office for friends, relatives and strangers!!!! For your sake, if you need services they provide, call them!!! I’m glad I did!!!!😁

Impossible to reach anyone to get my husband in for an appt. He needs implants tightened. Lulu was always so helpful. Cant get a return call, tried going to clinic, wasn't open on hours stated on the door. Hopefully someone will reach out to us.

The staffing was excellent and very professional. Dr . Joseph Gillespie is a very nice guy. He talk to me as if he knew me all my life. He's the Dr. J of dentistry. I really appreciate how I was treated by him and his staff. I'm very satisfy with the work and looking forward to get more done in the future.

I made an appointment for Dr. Gillespie at 10am. No one told me he longer works there. I was surprised when I showed up for my appointment and the name had changed on the front door. Anyways, I go in at 9:45 and there's one patient already in the back. After a few minutes the nurse comes out and ask me to fill out some paperwork. I did and returned it. It is a few minutes before 10am and the nurse says the doctor will be right with you. I take a seat and sit there until 10:56.

I was just going to leave at 11am. I'm not sure what the acceptable amount of time is to wait but after an hour not a single word. . . not "we are running behind, it's going to be a little while, would you like to reschedule" Absolutely nothing. The nurse finally comes and gets me. She takes an Xray and tells me to sit. I wait another 10 minutes and the nurse wants to discuss TREATMENT PLANS!?! I haven't even seen a doctor yet! At no time did the new dentist introduce himself, come talk to me, look at my mouth. .

. NOTHING! My time is valuable and I find it unacceptable to be in a dentist for almost an hour and a half and never speak to the doctor. If I showed up an hour late for my appointment. . . Would the doctor still see me? The answer is NO! So I just left without ever seeing a doctor.
