This is a very busy office but well established. I am from out of town visiting my daughter in the beautiful city of Lexington and thought I might be having some issues with some dental work done previousily. My daughter uses Beaumont Family Dental so she called to see if they could fit me in.

I was put on a waiting list and within a few days was notified of a cancellation, would I be able to take this available time slot. Of course I accepted and was delighted with the helpful staff and the dental exam I received! It's good to know I have an excellent service to rely on when I'm here for extended visits. Thank you

Everyone is so kind! Not to mention everyone I talked to and helped take care of me was very mindful and recommended what they thought was best. I was very lucky, I was able to get my teeth cleaned and a crown in the same day. Again on both sides, the surgical and hygienic side, they both had people who were kind and sociable to make the whole experience comfortable. Alicia took care of and cleaned my teeth and Alicia and another lady helped prepped and assess my teeth for an implant.

Honestly, I almost fell asleep multiple times as well. Everyone who works here is cool and gives the best suggestions. 👌

After waiting 25 minutes past my appointment time, I informed the receptionist that I could not wait any longer. She was very polite and said that the technician was running behind. I told her I could not wait any longer because I was leaving town that afternoon and would not be back until Friday night. She rescheduled me for Wednesday July 2.

The receptionist was very polite and helpful. However no one informed me that the tech was running that late. Very disappointing. 😞
