The staff and Dr. Werner were great. I’m a cash paying person and I recommend them. I’m in my 70’s and they actually fixed my front teeth, the doctor didn’t ask me to get them removed and get dentures. Actually took care of me. Give these people a chance.

First off, the staff and the doctors are very friendly, and I felt like they tried to help me the best they could. Well that being said, I went in for a routine cleaning and filling, and they have messed with my front top teeth. I didn't even know my front teeth were being worked on until it was too late. “A little cavity between the teeth” I was told was fixed. After I got home, the crater left between my teeth worried me and was strangely sore, so with my mother’s advice, I called back to get my smile fixed. At the time being told the soreness is normal and would go away, so the pain didn’t concern me.

Unfortunately I have been back almost every month trying to get them to fix this. They put a composite over the crater and that fell out within a month, back to get that fixed etc. it looks decent now and I’m satisfied with how it looks, but it’s got a soreness that doesn’t go away. Sensitivity to even breathing through my mouth. I’ve been back over and over, almost every month so far of 2025. but now the only solution was antibiotics and if that didn’t help, a root canal.

These are two of my front teeth and they told me they don’t even know which one is giving me problems. On top of this, two appointments were cancelled by them, one leaving me in pain. Sadly, I will not be back to Ruby Dental even though it’s the closest dentist office from me. I also do not recommend any adult get their teeth worked on here. I feel like this dentist office is for children, and the staff there are used to working on teeth that fall out within a few years.
