Not sure how they got 5 star reviews, I have to be honest, I had a horrible experience there. I went in for a quick check and xrays to see if I have a tooth infection. Had to wait an hour to get in and there was only a couple other patients. No one was at the front desk, I felt forgotten. The environment was not warm and comfortable either.

The doctor was nice, I got xrays, she suggested a CT scan as well. I will never go back to this dentist. UPDATE: I spoke with them and they clarified about cost and my complaints. I appreciate their willingness to discuss my experience and make things right.

I had a wonderful experience for my first time at Beckett Ridge Modern Dentistry. The facility is clean, updated and MODERN! They did a better review than my previous dental facility using newer and better technology. The staff was friendly, experienced explained everything and I couldn’t have asked for a smoother cleaning!! To Dr. Castillo Ordonez and staff, wonderful job!!

I visited Becket Ridge Modern Dentistry this week as a new patient. I really enjoyed going here to have my teeth cleaned! It really is modern and up to date on dentistry, which is exciting! I was greeted by a very nice and kind smile, which is important to me when I visit the dentist. (Mouhamadou I think was his name). He was always smiling and was straight forward with the fees associated with the things I was having done. The tech that did my X-rays was Aliyah and she was compassionate and so patient with me and the equipment. I was really impressed with the way this office conducts business.

The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was absolutely amazing! She was cognizant of my sensitive teeth and really took care in making me comfortable. She also explained things to me about my teeth that I didn’t know. I don’t know how many other dental hygienists work there, but she was outstanding. When Dr. Castillo performed my exam she was really professional and seemed to really care about my teeth and my concerns about my gums etc. she explained one loss etc in a way that I understood, but didn’t feel “talked down to”.

She also didn’t reprimand me too much for not having perfect dental health! 🤣 I felt this dentist and her staff had an interest in my health and well being while I was there. I liked the experience and people so much, and I did make another appointment to go back in 6 months for another cleaning. I am grateful this place is here. They are a blessing to the community! 🤗💕🤗

Great Experience! I had a fantastic visit to Beckett Ridge Modern Dentistry. Mouhamadou was exceptionally professional, kind, and attentive. His dedication and excellent service truly stood out he definitely deserves a raise! Highly recommend this place!
