Over the years I have had issues with other dentists and offices. I love this place! The staff is phenomenal! Professional and still put a personal touch on things. Imagine that, a dentist office you actually want to go back to! All of my family is in the process of switching over to these fine folk. The only thing that could be better...is if I had found them a few years earlier!

I came here because I was referred but all they did was treat me like I did not matter, My appointment was at 9am, so I came in at 8:33 with my paperwork filled out and 5 people came after me and I noticed that they all went in first before me abd when i ask why the receptionist made up a story that because my appointment was at 9:30 which was not true. Then everyone just passed me by and stared at me like if i was a weird thing. Then when I finally saw the doctor she said she did not know why I was there. So I explained to her the situation and her response was well I'm not an orthodontist to tell you if your teeth are going to be ok or not.

So then I explained how I felt like I was being discriminated against and she just brushed off the situations and then added that if I did not like it there I did not need to come back. Just the worst place and I do not recommend you going there if you are Hispanic.

My sister and I were new patients and we had the absolute best experience. The ladies at the front desk, Stephanie and Jonell, were very welcoming and friendly from our arrival to us leaving . Once we got to the back, assistants, Shee and Lah, were welcoming as well. They made sure we were comfortable throughout our service. As we waited for the doctor in between our appointments, they held wonderful conversations.

Even got great show recommendations that I’m looking forward to watching. When Dr. Kevin Farr came in, he made sure we thoroughly understood what was going on with our mouths (from hand drawings of diagrams to answering all of our questions and concerns). I was about to change my major for a minute lol. I HIGHLY recommend this dentist to anyone!
