I was at Bensalem Dental group to see Dr Neil Applestein for a root canal. I thought he was a nice guy and trusted him and his professional opinion. I had the root canal preformed and was told to follow up with my general dentist. I did as i was told but i kept running back and forth to her office due to pain in my 5 tooth on the top right which is one of the front teeth. My general dentist informed that the root canal was not done properly and she referred me to a specialist which i had to go and have an emergency retreat on my tooth because of the infection Dr.
Applestein left in there. He did not do the root canal right and to make this worse he punctured my tooth and therefore i may be losing my front tooth. Before i went to the other specialist I did return to Dr. Applestein to question him about what went wrong and he did not want to hear anything and he hated the fact i was knowledgeable in the dental field and started screaming at me and my sister so we left the office. The day I had my retreat done i called and spoke to the owner of the Practice Dr Brogna Had he screamed at me as well and hung up on me.
The office did not allow me to get my records so I had to file a report with the police. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST they are rude and perform malpractice! I have much more to the story but they are not good and only want to mess your teeth up so they keep billing and charging you! I spent over $1000 so far on just retreats and now if i have to lose this tooth because of an endodontist that should not be practicing. Be warned and do your research!

I have been going to Bensalem Dental Group for about 30 years. Dr. Brogna, Galina, Amy, Cheryl and Tina have always been very professional and expert at every kind of dental work I had done. From fillings, crowns, bridges, tooth extractions, etc. They are gentle in their technique and make you feel comfortable while you are in the chair. I would highly recommend Dr. Brogna and his group.
