New office, dentist and assistant efficient, pricing is comparable to other dentists, THEY DO NOT ACCEPT INSURANCE, therefore, your insurance may or may not make any payments due to out of network. The dentures that both my hsband and I paid out of pocket were horrible. They did not even come close to being custom made. Beware!! I was banned from their office due to constant conflict with the office manager, we were dismissed as clients. She lacked courtesy, sympathy and taste. The ongoing stress triggered my 2 disorders.

Unfortunate, situation. I had 8 lower teeth up front extracted and 3 weeks later they are still red and painful. I can not wear the $400 lower denture they charged me for because it is way to big which is causing the irritation to my gums. My insurance denied payment because you are out of network. I got zero reimbursement for extractions and fake denture. Things happen in life for a reason.

I've seen my new dentist 3 times to date and he is highly professional and very funny, compassionate and kind. That's funny, how could I comply when you clearly told me, YOU WERE HAVING ME BANNED FROM ALL UNIVERSAL DENTALS. It would be difficult to proceed with such a threat. Good Bye & Good Riddance

Paid $800 for a set of dentures and due to circumstances beyond my control, I will never receive the 3 alterations I paid for. I've been to 2 other dentists and they will not take the liability of altering the dentures due to poor quality. I literally threw $800 out the window. My first visit was 8/28/21 and 3 months later, I'm still without dentures.

I fixed the dates so that they are correct per your response. Nonetheless, I would never come back. I found an excellent dentist that I am really pleased with; Good luck to you!

The people at Universal Dentistry are wonderful. I took my mom there for new dentures, after seeing their commercials she told me she wanted to go there. The staff made the process easy and they spent time explaining what to expect and they met our needs. I have been recommending Universal Dentistry to anyone who wants quality care, upfront prices and awesome customer service.
