The office is clean and the staff is friendly! I had a few negative experiences with the office which makes me not want to return. I had a bad cavity which I mentioned to the hygienist during my cleaning. I had to advocate for myself 3+ times for her to see/believe I had a cavity. Granted she's a hygienist and that's not her job. When I came for my checkup and filling in the following appointment, the dentist only took an x-ray of that specific tooth I complained about and filled it.

Why wasn't a full x-ray done? I had a recent appointment that was booked for months and 26 hours before the appointment, I received a missed call about the dentist needing to leave early and asked if I can come in earlier. I returned their call within their hours 4 separate times and texted the office as well with no response. They moved my appointment up to a time I could not make it without calling/texting me back. I understand schedules change, but I wish communication was better.

I had a terrible and not satisfying experience. She put the crowns in, which are horrible, everyone can see. After it was done she said there is nothing she can do. So she did not know that the glue would shine through? Not only that she didn't care or took care of the infections, the next Dentist had to go through the new crowns.

As a Dr. she should know that it is not good if the infections are not taking care off! There was no answer when I texted or called and told them that I'm in pain. Cheap but not good! Not worth it. Be aware because she doesn't care!

***Update 6/16 trying to have the dentist redo a crown that is causing me pain and not getting a response about that but heavy were the words regarding my review. . . Reviews can change. . . **Update: if you leave a real review they'll text you after hours about it 🙄 There's one dentist here and like 5 rooms.

Everyone is waiting to see the one dentist. Initially i had a negative experience, being asked to pay $1400 for a service my insurance covered and being kicked out because i knew too much. I shouldn't have gone back, their office manager was very unprofessional at that time. She took the tray out of my mouth for some temps as i was sitting in the chair numbed and ready for work, to try to upsell me covered services and got upset after i called my insurance to confirm full ceramic crowns were covered. There's no private place to discuss this here, and i guess she didn't think to go over what was covered with me while i waited over an hr in the waiting area for my appointment to begin, i was numbed in the chair and Dr Azran disappeared to be replaced by the office Manager and her "deal", she lowered it to $1000 😑🙄 Ok place if you need some basic work. Not very good with the following up, and if you have an issue you'll be given a referral, sometimes to a location and sometimes to go figure it out yourself. I had 4 crowns, then 4 root canals, because i still felt pain and now, i still have pain and need to see a different dentist because they dont know why i have pain still even though I've been trying to express my thoughts and figure out what to tell the next dentist i have to see.

It seemed like Dr Azran would be attentive, but its a turn them and burn them location. All the butts that fit will be seated even if you have to wait past your appointment time. My teeth still hurt. Come at your own risk of proper completion or services. Most of the work feels rushed. And when they're done with you, they are done with you.
