They were fantastic. Even when ex husband almost fainted after seeing our daughter when she was all done with her surgery. They tended to him and made sure they were both OK and safe to leave. Already recommended them to a few friends!

Called in to move my consultation appointment for wisdom teeth removal and they told me I had to pay $83 because of a contract they have with delta dental which wasn't the issue, the issue is that it had to be paid within a certain amount of time of the first appointment. If the initial appointment is rescheduled for August then there's no reason payment information should have been asked for until the appointment happens, especially not over the phone without confirming any of my information.

The whole thing seemed unprofessional so I called back to cancel.

Overall experience was not bad, giving 3 stars because I believe a bit more humility, thoughtfulness and kindness could have been displayed. I understand for this office shuffling patients through procedure after procedure is just another day and the doctor is known for his skill.

However some of us have never had anything like this done, people shuffling in and out of the room, not explaining anything to you, then googling medications right in front of me to make sure they don’t fall into a drug class that I’m deathly allergic to, I think that could have been done in another room or maybe call a pharmacist to confirm, then when I became concerned the doctor just looked at me and said well we don’t have to do this, yes we did, I don’t think anyone would show up for wisdom teeth removal of it didn’t need to be done. I will say the nurse that discharged me was the only one that showed kindness and assured me everything went well and the medicine I was being sent home with was safe, I didn’t catch her name but I’m glad that was my last interaction before I left.

Thankful I will not have to go back.

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed last October. The surgery and recovery was AMAZING! The office and staff were great and exceeded my expectations. However, I just received a pretty hefty bill in the mail regarding my procedure. It was not their fault, it was my insurance needing more information. I called the office and was transferred to the billing department. I only wanted answers regarding what to do next or what I needed to provide and I was met with nothing but rudeness and condescending tones. I have never felt so talked down to on a phone call.

I expressed this multiple times on the call and she continued to act this way. Such a shame. I as well work in medical and deal with patients daily and have not spoken this rudely to someone. I loved the office itself, but I will NOT be returning to this office due to the fact that I do not want to reach the billing department again. To add, I NEVER write reviews but this deserved one. Hopefully she was just having a bad day!
