I had a crown fall out in the afternoon and they were able to get me in the next day to put it back in as a new patient, got X-rays, and a cleaning as well. Everyone was super nice. I would highly recommend.

Went to this dentist with a promotion on your first visit, which everything was fine and then when I wanted to come back, they tried to offer me a package plan for them that wasn’t reasonable and I end up receiving new dental insurance. When I received my new insurance, I called to see if I could get in with them. They told me everything was fine, but I would have to wait six or eight months before my first visit. Then they try to run something through my new insurance and it was kicked back to me as I wasn’t insured during the services. From my very first visit. They told me it was just a malfunction from the computer. It happens all the time. Well that seems weird? How many times have you been paid out when you shouldn’t have been because your computer malfunctions? When my upcoming appointment was closes, they called and canceled with me and had to move me to another months.

Which was fine I guess even know I have wait over 1 1/2 now to have my teeth cleaned. Two days before my next appointment, they txt me and told me that my benefits are not accepted by them. So I called to explain to them that you had my insurance this whole time you ran it when I first gave it to you last year. So you knew all along that you never accepted my insurance and waited two days before my appointment to let me know. Feel like it’s just a money grab to get you in tell you that you’re out-of-network and then just send you a big bill later. This company just Wasted my time for over a year. And now I have to find a whole new dentist. That will most likely be 6/8 months out again.

I would not recommend them. They’re not consistent. They’re flaky and they are not on top of their billing. Don’t waste your time or money at this dentist Or be billed later for something your insurance should cover. All dentist should have to take every single dental insurance. They shouldn’t be able to pick and choose.

Outstanding introductory visit yesterday. My new dentist, moving forward, will be Dr. Erokwu, if she’ll accept me. Dental Technician, Kathy is an outstanding and thorough medical professional. The entire staff was welcoming. Office facilities are very clean. Technology resources are state of the art. Thank you, Big Bend Dental.

From the front desk staff to all medical staff, all fewer friendly and helpful. The workers seems quite joyful. So anyway, I had an evaluation and now trying to decide what to do when with my teeth.

What I wanted to do is quote expensive so I’m looking to break it down to something more affordable for my budget. I do recommend Big Bend Dental Care due to the kindness and friendly happy environment. Stay tuned for the time I actually get the work done!😊
