I would like to say that I am very impressed with how staff did today with my son. He is 3 years old and is autistic level 2. When confirming his appointment, there was a spot for me to leave a comment. In that comment, I requested that staff please keep in mind that he is autistic and needs special accommodations for slower transitions, explaining what Is happening at each step ect. My husband called me after the appointment and said they were amazing and he even sent me a video of how my son did during the cleaning.

The provider who did his cleaning was amazing. I could tell she was taking her time and giving him positive praise. I am impressed and will actually call the office to let the practice manager know I’m very pleased with the experience.

My two-year-old daughter Olivia had a scary fall at the pool that left her with a severely fractured front tooth. We visited two well-known pediatric dental offices in the area, and I was deeply unsatisfied with both the care plans offered and how they handled my daughter. Feeling discouraged and stressed, I turned to Kids Smile as a last resort and I am so incredibly grateful that I did. From the very first phone call, the experience was night and day compared to the other offices. The intake staff were kind, efficient, and reassuring.

But the real standout was Dr. Jane Witt, who along with Kira, Fiona, and Kim, went above and beyond to make Olivia (and me!) feel safe and cared for. They had Olivia taken care of within 15 minutes of our arrival, and the level of compassion, professionalism, and expertise was outstanding. I walked into the office feeling overwhelmed and left feeling relieved, thankful, and genuinely happy with the outcome. To top it off, we don’t have dental insurance, and the out-of-pocket cost was more affordable here than at the other places we visited.

That only made me appreciate this team even more. I only wish I had chosen Kids Smile first. Thank you all for turning such a stressful situation into a positive experience. Your care made all the difference.

We love Kids Smiles for our kids! Our son was scared and nervous about going to the dentist, but the staff was quick to make his visit fun. The encouragement, care, and excitement the staff showed him helped to put his nerves at ease.
