I've been a patient here for about fifteen years. Honestly, I selected it due to the proximity to my house, but I have been incredibly happy with my decision. Sherri at the front desk is by far the best out of any medical establishment I have been to. There are never any surprise charges, as she takes the time to review your insurance plan and let you know what is covered or not. The hygienists are very thorough, and there is little to no discomfort during cleanings. Once that part is over, Dr.

Gross will come see you. With his deadpan delivery, you will leave the office smiling, with your very clean teeth. Even my young daughters enjoy going to the dentist. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a dentist.

If you're seeking a warm and welcoming experience, I recommend visiting Big Oak Dentistry. The ambiance is delightful, the waiting area is pristine, and the staff is truly exceptional. I especially commend Sherri at the front desk for her excellent communication skills and for ensuring everything was well-prepared upon our arrival.

The hygienist and dentist also deserve recognition for thoroughly explaining the procedure to my daughter. Despite the common apprehension associated with dental visits, this cozy office with its fantastic staff provides a comforting experience worth exploring.
