Staff is rude. Policies are outdated and leave no room for human error. Not sure of how thorough Samantha is. She came out after my sons exam and told me he had a clean bill and i asked her about a very specific spot on his tooth that i had seen for about a month and asked her to take another look.

She came out and said he did indeed have a cavity. How can i see that and she couldn't!? Did they even look? I showed up for the filling appt admittedly late due to construction but called and informed them and was told i could still come. Showed up within the time frame they allowed and they refused to see us. Argued with me for 10 mins about how although she gave us wrong information we still needed to reschedule.

Then the lady that i spoke to over the phone back tracked her statement saying she couldn't really make the calls on showing up late and being seen which if it wasn't her call to make then she shouldn't have (tried to) make it. It was a not so good start of an already frustrating morning with traffic/construction. Might need to bring Bill back.

Always punctual for our equipment never have to wait more than 10 minutes. Dr. Sam So thorough. And listens to you and explains everything so that I can understand it
