Dr. Bishop is a great dentist. My only issue there the wait time. It seems he has too many patients in the chairs at one time and can’t get to them timely. I seem to have to wait much longer than is reasonable. Just being honest.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The office is dirty, the workers are on their phones, you'll wait hours for basic service, you'll hear how he loves to give back to the community and how great he is.

What you won't get is professional care, a treatment plan, emails when they say they'll email, follow up notifications of any pre auths they need to get ( they simply won't call at all!). This is not a serious place for dental treatment and if you have medicaid, you'll be treated as such

They got my girlfriend an appointment as new patient very quickly for a root canal. I went with her to her 2:30 appointment for moral support. It is 6:18 right now as I am writing this and she is still laying back in the chair having them work on her tooth. I don’t the exactly what it takes for a root canal but my dentist could never on their absolute worst day take 4 hours on a root canal it is absolutely ridiculous. Reading through the reviews and being here I can tell that Dr bishop truly doesn’t care about his patients time and that’s so messed up.

We had to find a babysitter for this appointment and you made it cost way more than it needed to be because you honestly just suck. You need your license reevaluated. Get it together and hurry the hell up. 4 hours for any dentist appointment is insane!!! My dentist could’ve gotten 8 root canals done in the time you still haven’t even completed one

This place was very accommodating. I was about 15 minutes late because it was the first time I had been there and that was not a problem at all. The entire staff was friendly and efficient and doctor. Bishop was excellent at explaining everything to me before he did it, there was no pain at all and even though I was a little late, he clearly took his time to finish everything same day.

It wasn’t like one of those where you go get an x-ray and then they tell you to come back again and again and again. They were very, very efficient all in all. It was a great experience.
