Bivins Orthodontics is the single-best orthopedic practice in the business. Not only do they deliver first class service on each and every visit into their establishment, but they also make you feel like you are a part of the family (because you ARE a part of the family). What Dr. Todd & the staff have done for me has been an essential piece of my confidence over the last few years.
I went from having horrendous teeth to having a smile that I'm proud to show. After a few years of not wearing any retainer & not following their recommended post-braces plan, I decided to go back to Bivins for a second round. This time, we selected the newly available Invisalign option, and I was thrilled with the end result here as well. The whole group is stellar as stellar gets, and I would recommend Bivins to ANY friend of mine who was looking to improve their smile!

In the beginning I had a great experience, I was told my braces would come off in maybe a year, but I am reaching my two year mark. I understand teeth shift different and certain factors may prolong my time with braces. However every other time I go in for an adjustment they tell me the next I come we will see about getting my braces off. This has gone on for a few months now, yet the next time I come in they give me no explanation of what they are doing, what is the issue they are working on, or explain anything for that matter, I get a different assistant every time and they all change and do different adjustments. My last visit I was tired of wearing the bands religiously so I would wear them half the day.
I guess they finally decided to explain to me what exactly they were doing. Dr. Bivins talked to me as if I was a child and rudely said the only thing we are waiting on was the movement from my bands. I can not wait to get my braces off so I don’t ever have to go back there!

Thank you, Dr. Todd and staff for providing us with exceptional service and a fun experience! Our daughter was so very nervous her first visit last year but you guys made her feel so at ease and comfortable. She now looks forward to her ortho visits! You make the kids feel like part of your extended family. The Bivins Bucks, the fun contests, the calendars, etc.
You all are experts in not only ortho care, but in making kids feel welcomed and special. I recommend you guys every chance I get! Thanks for being so awesome.
