Really impressive services by front desk , billing, dentist and hygienist. Had two root canals and i was scared it was going to be painful, but not even that anesthetics was painful, I fell asleep in both my root canals because it was so painless.

Have not at all been pleased with Greenbrier Dental the past couple years. Once got a hygienist that damaged my gums and requested to no longer see her. I recently made an appt weeks prior to the appt date, but didn’t get a call until the day of the appt to let me know that she would be the only hygienist available that day. They call to tell me this as I’m on my way to the appt.

. . Though I’ve been going to this dentist for 10+ years, I won’t be returning due to some off-putting occurrences and this latest lack of professionalism.

My twins have seen Dr Sprull since they were 1 year old, and now 6. We live in Virginia Beach and over the years it has gotten tougher to drive out to Greenbriar, so we went to another recommend pediatric dentist because we wanted somewhere closer. My daughter had several cavities that needed to be addressed. When i entered the other practice There we no smiling faces and handed a very aggressive treatment that blew me away. Not the fee, crowns, fillings and if I didn’t want to do that was told she could take out 3 teeth and wait for the new ones to come in. I went to my car and immediately called Anna at Greenbriar Dental.

I explained that my daughter needed to be seen and that I was so sorry to put distance on quality. Dr Sprull saw us the next day after this terrible experience. Not only did he deliver a sound treatment plan for my daughter, the empathy he portrayed, I can not put to words. I have always loved the epitome Greenbriar Dental stands for, but the patient service speaks for itself. My daughter left with a smile on her face and said to me, Dr Sprull is so nice. I like him much better.

That means the world and all it took. I can only repay in words how much this means to me. I thank you for the human kindness you’ve given our family. Your loyal patient’s forever or until they grow up! The Brinker’s

We are extremely impressed with Dr. Spruill. He is so gentle and made sure our five year old was comfortable and at ease during her procedure. We are pleased with his helpfulness and knowledge. And we appreciate his willingness to work with us to be minimally invasive with our daughter’s dental issues. His staff is equally kind, helpful, gentle, and sweet.
