Been trying to get them to do fill ins I need since march and they keep rescheduling my appointments. . the amount of excuses they’ve come up with us truly astounding. . they’re more concerned with getting an insurance pay out for a crown that I have said multiple times I do not want or need. I would love to not be in pain from the tooth sensitivity that could be easily fixed with fill ins. . Follow up review.

It’s been a month since I wrote the review and finally had anappointment from 5pm to 12 pm even though she called me yesterday evening to confirm 5 pm. They close at 6 and have a full doctor’s office because I’m not Korean my appointment got changed. What a fantastic place. Will update next week if they cancel my appointment again Last follow up. I finally got into an appointment but instead of getting all my fill ins at once apparently they do it part by part. . I’ve never been to a dentist office that does this but I’m not a medical professional. .

I asked one of the nurses if I can get my last three fillings done together she said yes as long as I schedule an appointment earlier in the day. . so I went back to the receptionist(who apparently is the office manager) to make the appointment only for her to once again not give me the appointment I asked for and once again have the appointments split. . hoping these appointments won’t get canceled. . once I’m done with my dental work here I’m done with this doctor’s office.

Went today for a cleaning and consultation. Dr Lee was very pleasant to work with and is bilingual. Prices are better than my previous dentist. The receptionists Sara included are very polite. Convenient location. Recommended.

Dr Lee took care of my mother’s broken molar, she was able to save her own tooth! Took time to explain and was kind. The receptionists at the desk are exceptionally excellent!! As I was waiting for my Mother while she was being treated I was able to witness them interact with clients, and before on the phone. Miss Sarah is very well spoken and definitely knows what she is doing. When she is on the phone with insurance personnel she is patient and takes care of things as well as with the questions that I had she answered the best way possible.

And Miss Eunseo, I have to say she is the most tender and kind hearted person that I’ve seen. It’s usually very tough serving senior clients however she does it so politely and kindly. Dr Lee has a great crew

Came here for my annual check up and cleaning but also to address from sensitivity concerns. Ended up need some fillings (and possibly more). Dr Lee and her assistant was great, they are very professional and took good care of me. I didn’t feel any pain and was out of there in no time. The office is clean and they fallow COVID protocols.
