Today, they gave me a filling on my root canal wisdom tooth when they said they were going to put a crown on it. I can't get scheduled for another appointment because my insurance expires in the 2 months I turn 18.

The first question they asked is if I had insurance...WOW! Then wanted to set up additional unnecessary appointments. The gal was very short and unsympathetic ...just wanted to maximize the revenue flow. I would not go there!!!

I contacted them I had a molar tooth that broke in half and was causing me pain. Their website says emergency services but they could only schedule me a week later. Due to my pain I found another dentist who was able to extract the tooth immediately. When I made the appointment here they were supposed to text me paperwork to compete, which the did not send. I called their office to let them know someone else handled my problem, when I called I was told my appointment was in 5 minutes, I had mistakenly had the wrong date because I never received said text paperwork.

Anyway, I wanted to still go to them for regular care BUT because I missed my first appointment they refused to reschedule me. I guess 1 strike you're out with them. They must think they're the only dentist around. People make mistakes including their staff!!

I was hesitant to try this dental office at first because of the low rating. But gave it shot since it was the only dentist I could find in town that would take my insurance. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. They were very good. Went there and had to get a couple teeth removed.

They were very friendly and did a good job. It's never fun to get teeth removed but they did their best to make me feel comfortable during the couple hours they were working on me. I would recommend.
