Today was my first time here. I was immediately greeted with a smile today. The waiting room was exceptionally clean and so was the rest of the facility. Everyone took the time to explain all of the processes to me as we went along. The X-ray procedure is state of the art. My technician, Kay, was extremely patient. I saw Dr. Dan today and was pleasantly surprised by his warmth and caring demeanor.

No one was judgmental that it had been a few years since my last dental appointment. He took the time to answer my questions and absolutely no one made me feel rushed. My check out experience was equally as good and the process with insurance was well explained as well as my charges for my next visit because of my treatment plan. Overall, I was very satisfied and wish I would have known about them sooner. If everyone had an experience like mine, I think more people would visit the dentist. Thanks to the wonderful experience I had, I will make sure to recommend you to others I know who are scared or dreading the dentist for fear of judgment. Thank you, Blue Ash Smiles! Update: I went back to get my fillings that are a part of my treatment plan. It was fast, painless, and efficient.

Doctor Dan made sure I was completely numb before drilling and checked in on me throughout as we went along. I felt safe and it was a very calming experience for a medical procedure. Everyone made sure I was okay and my bite was checked multiple times. After care instructions were also given. When I went to pay, it was the exact amount I was quoted previously. 10/10.

My experiences with Dr. Petricone DDS and any of his staff, office or medical, have been as great as ever. My wife and I have been with Dr. Petricone since he first started as a dentist. We have never had any reason to not stay with any of them, much less change.

Dr. Petricone's staff and locations have changed over the many years, and recently it has changed the name to Blue Ash Smiles, a very self-explanatory and fitting title, all of them have been GOOD MOVES.
