Absolutely love this place! Everyone is super friendly. We have been there twice with our kids who are 4 and 3. They are so kind and patient. They make sure to let the kids know exactly what they are doing so they aren’t startled by anything. Dr.

Avenetti was aware that our 3 year old is Autistic and he made sure to give him any breaks he needed. He was so kind to both of them! It’s hard to find a place that is neurodivergent friendly— so glad we found this place! Highly recommend Pros: Super clean Fun coin incentives for kids Friendly staff Easy check in Saturday appointments available Friendly front desk Cute lobby play area Cons: Only 2 Saturdays a month are available. (Not a deal breaker for us. Easy to schedule ahead of time)

Great first visit, I took my son in for an emergency visit. We were greeted with a smile and everyone from the front staff to the assistants made my son feel so relieved after his fall that caused him to chip a tooth. Dr Erin is such a great dentist I would recommend her to everyone! The office is great and best part is they are in network with my insurance.

Update after the response from the business: Yes, I was mistaken that I thought the checkup was Jan 2025, it was Dec 30. I was then charged for the services in Jan 2025. I did NOT make a negative review based on the amount of charges or out of pocket I paid, it was based on the lack of communication before running my card esp because it was noted on my file after the first time it happened, to reach out before any charges were made. I only specified the amount because it is a large amount to run without proper communication. Dentists and dental assistants are attentive and kind. Billing - awful. Had our first visit last year, everything went well.

Until my card was charged $500+ without notice. I understand that they have a policy to charge cards on file, after insurance, BUT that doesn't dismiss the fact that I was never notified previously. I called, front desk was very apologetic and made a note on my file to call or email the bill first, before running my card. Well. . . .

we went back for a check up in Jan this year, and they did it AGAIN. Charged my card without notice. I called and the front desk was less than kind this time. No apology was offered just "I dont know why you weren't called, I'm not the one that runs it, it's my manager. " I asked for a copy of my bill to be sent to my email, didn't happen. I actually still have not received a hard copy of the bill and explanation of charges.
