Dr. Chris is the best dentist! He is caring, gentle, and honest. He puts you at ease prior to doing any kind of work. I moved out of NY and still see him for all my dental needs. His staff is also very professional and courteous. I recommend Dr. Chris to everyone I know

Great overall dental experience! Beautiful office, friendly staff, and knowledgeable dentist. Had to take to my two youngest, 7 and 4. They were so nervous at first. Dr made children feel comfortable and involved. Dr explains everything and makes you feel at ease. Feels like he really cares about his patients. Children left smiling and clean! Highly recommended for queens area!

While I always aim to be understanding and patient, my experience with Boulevard Plaza Dental has severely tested those limits. Over the span of three visits, I managed to meet the actual dentist only once. First Visit: I waited between 20 to 30 minutes, which seemed a bit long, but was eventually seen by the dentist for a check-up. Upon examination, I was informed that I'd need fillings and subsequently scheduled a return appointment. Second Visit: I encountered a significant delay, waiting nearly an hour. Though I understand that emergencies can arise in any medical setting, the lack of proactive communication was disappointing.
I wasn't informed of the delay until I took the initiative to inquire. Due to this extended wait, I had to reschedule because of other engagements. Third Visit: This appointment proved to be the most frustrating. I called in advance day of, sharing my concerns about a tight schedule. Despite my apprehensions, the receptionist repeatedly assured me that I would be attended to promptly. Regrettably, this did not happen.
I waited for over 30 minutes, during which I observed the dentist heading over to attend to another patient. . After over an hour of waiting, I sought clarity from the receptionist, she mentioned that they would not be able to complete all the work I needed that day, necessitating yet another visit. While unexpected delays are understandable, the persistent lack of clear communication and disregard for patients' time is inexcusable. Shame on them.

Thank you to Dr. Chris and his dream team for providing a positive experience. I was looking for a new dentist and I am glad I selected Blvd Plaza Dental. The front end staff ensures a seamless check in process.
I did not wait long before I was seen and Dr. Chris takes his time to explain everything in detail. He goes above and beyond for his patients as he truly cares! I will be returning with all my dental needs.
