My older kids had missed 1 appointment and were late to a second appointment so they asked me to reschedule. My little one only had 1 appointment reschedule and when I came in for her appointment date I was told she was removed from the schedule and there would be no more appointments made. If you had to take My older boys out thats fine, but my little one only had to reschedule one appointment and staff could have had the decency to call and tell me she was removed from her appointment. They did not even take the time to try and find a solution or help me to understand why she would not be seen.

I have never felt worse at an office than I did here. If your policy is 3 missed appointments per family specify that and dont tell people it is 3 missed appointments per patient.

Such a bad front desk except one sitting in the far back, the front two ladies are horrible and liars. I came in today and I brought my sister had filling in her tooth, my mom had already signed the papers for me to bring her and for them to give her laughing gas and I was their when all of that was signed. I come to the front desk and the lady lies and says my mom didn’t signed it.

She proceeded and ask my sister if she wants laughing gas and my sister said no, so the front lady said to call my mom and confirm. 6 mins after we get called to go to the back for the filling, another lady comes and brings me papers to signs and she said your mom have already signed them but we just need another signature from you, I was like huh didn’t the other lady say mom didn’t sign it, so this lady said they have called my mom right nor and confirmed it…. So tell me why this front lady is lying when it’s already in the system, had me calling my mom for no reason when she called have said we going to call her confirm one more time not tell me you might have to bring your mom to the office cause she didn’t sign.

The staff are so good with all my children, especially one who suffers from dental anxiety. They have worked so wonderfully with her and gotten her so comfortable with having things done that she no longer needs to be sedated! Can’t say enough good about how well their staff works with kids!!
